If you are planning a trip to Morocco, consider taking a 10 DAYS TOUR FROM MARRAKECH along the Kasbah Trail.
Discover true Moroccan culture and meet residents in remote locations. This visit combines beautiful scenery and a rich history: the heart of Morocco.
Our 10-day Morocco journey from Marrakech begins in the red city and travels through the Dades Valley before crossing the High Atlas mountains with their spectacular vistas and Berber settlements.
Continuing south, you will reach the Ait Ben Haddou kasbah, which is undoubtedly Morocco’s most renowned, documented, and photographed kasbah.
You will be met upon arrival in Marrakech and transferred to your hotel or riad. Relax and make yourself at home. In and around Marrakech for a limited time.
Marrakech-Essaouira. This UNESCO World Heritage city is reached by a highway lined with argan oil cooperatives.
The abandoned fishing port, with its wide seafront and fortified medina built into the cliffs, has long been a popular destination. Enjoy the relaxed medina, stroll along the walls or the sea, or watch the daily catch in the harbor.
Essaouira hosts Gnaouas Live in June. Essaouira neighborhood riad short-term. Our 10 days in Morocco’s largest nightlife outside Marrakech.
Take the Atlantic Coast Tour from Oualidia to Rabat. Visit El Jadida, a Portuguese-controlled port city now a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and Casablanca’s Mohammed V Place and Hassan II Mosque.
Explore Rabat’s Mechouar (the fortifications and walls of the Royal Castle), the Mohammed V Catacomb, the Hassan Pinnacle, and the Oudaya Kasbah, which overlooks the Atlantic and features exhibitions by Moroccan artisans. Rabat.

10-day Morocco Holidays based in Marrakech. Take the amazing beach road from Rabat to Tangier. Asilah, a charming coastal village with whitewashed houses, blue walls and doorways, and lots of artwork. Tangier, the European gateway to Africa, has always been multicultural.
Visit Tangier and experience the bustling medina, metropolitan atmosphere and breathtaking views of the Mediterranean and Atlantic oceans. Tangier.
Pass via the Rif mountains to Chefchaouen, a lovely alpine village.
Chefchaouen’s blue-painted mansions attract tourists and Moroccans, particularly in the hot summer months.
Explore Chefchaouen’s meandering alleyways and tight back alleys, where souks sell food and crafts including woollen items, complex weaving, and goat cheese, all native to the north and not available elsewhere in Morocco.
Relax in the square, visit a local ranch, or climb surrounding parks. Chefchaouen night.
After breakfast at the riad, our big trip will take us from high in the Rif mountains across the fertile farmland slopes to the Roman ruins of Volubilis, a remote ancient city.
Volubilis is not as exciting as the Roman sites on the Mediterranean, but it’s a good way to see Moroccan history.
We’ll stop for lunch in Meknes, Morocco’s fourth royal city and a legacy of the 17th century, and explore the medina’s massive walls. After saying goodbye, we will visit the Bab el Mansour and the refuge of Moulay Ismail.
After Meknes, we’ll travel directly to Fez for the night.
After breakfast, we’ll drive over the Moyen Chart plateau to Ifrane amid stopper oak and gigantic cedar forests, home to Barbary monkeys.
We’ll see the south’s wonderful design when we ignore the Center and High Map book ranges. Lunch in Midelt across a barren desert area.
The settlement is supported by the Great Map book’s emotive peaks. We’ll plunge into the Ziz valley’s desert after crossing Tizi-n-Talremt (Pass of the She-Camel).
We will next continue south to Erfoud and Rissani, a massive desert garden with over 6,000,000 palm trees and several ksour (braced towns).
We will go to your stunning Kasbah inn at the edge of the dazzling sand ridges, relax by the pool, and watch a desert blues band perform in the evening.
After breakfast, we’ll travel through this charming region’s villages, passing Berber women’ farms and the Great Map book’s pinnacles.
After there, we’ll continue toward Ouarzazate over rugged terrain to see Berber migrants in their tunnels for tea. We’ll pass Skoura’s kasbahs and the Valley of the Roses, famous for its May Rose Festival.
After seeing Ouarzazate, the “Hollywood of Morocco,” we’ll cross the river to Ait Benhaddou. You may explore some of the destroyed buildings and climb to the top of the hill to see the Agadir (grain storage) and the town and surrounding countryside.
To learn more about the residents, you might offer them mint tea at one of the homes. Drive north through the High Chart Book mountains in the early evening.
The road, completed by the Unfamiliar Army in 1936, crosses the Tizi-n-Tichka pass (2260m) and gives stunning views of the highlands before falling through Berber settlements to the plain around Marrakech.
Marrakech still conjures images of Bedouin Evenings—backstreets, souks, slows, and marketplaces. This eleventh-century city never disappoints courageous explorers.
The Koutoubia Minaret’s flawless architecture dominates the horizon.
Today, we’ll try to make the most of our trip by meandering about Marrakech’s souks for a few things for pals…, before heading to the Marrakech Menara air airport for your departure flight. Our 10-day Morocco vacation from Marrakech came to an end.
